Postage and Handling
DOMESTIC
We are not currently accepting INTERNATIONAL orders, however this wil be temporary.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We send all orders within 3-5 days of receipt of payment.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. Please check for your confirmation. Items incur a postage and handling charge which is calculated by weight. We will send an email to confirm that your items have been posted.
Beyond the TrapDoor is not responsible for any damage or losses of items in the post.
By purchasing you agree to Beyond the TrapDoor ShopOnline's terms. All items are subject to availability. All sales are final.
PICK-UP
If you choose to pick up your purchase, select Local Pickup during the checkout process. Once your payment has cleared, we will send a confirmation email and let you know when your order will be available for pick up. Pick up can only be done during shop opening hours, on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Returns and Exchanges
Claims on items must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods via email. Do not return an item without email approval first.
Email us with the following details:
- Your full name and order/shipping number
- Description of the item you would like to send back
- Reason for requesting a return of the item
- Description of the replacement item and size you're seeking
We cannot accept returns on hair accessories, body piercing jewellery, lingerie, hosiery or swimwear due to health regulations. Please bear this in mind and choose carefully!
We do not offer cash refunds but we will consider an exchange if an item doesn't fit, is proven faulty, has been grossly misrepresented, or a mistake has been made by us.
